Shipping and Policies

Shipping

  • In-Stock Items: Ready for immediate shipping and typically ship within 1–5 days of purchase.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: Require 2–6 weeks for delivery.
  • Domestic Orders: Shipped primarily via USPS Priority Mail with proper insurance for the item's value. Shipping charges are added to your order. USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2–5 days in the U.S.
  • Signature Confirmation: For orders over $300, I recommend adding signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • Special Shipping Requests: If you have specific shipping needs or prefer to use a UPS or FedEx, arrangements can be made.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel an order after confirmation and payment, the purchase amount will be refunded, minus a processing fee. (Processing fees are collected by the payment processor and cannot be refunded).

Refunds and Exchanges

  • All Sales Are Final: Every effort is made to accurately describe items. Keep in mind that all pieces are handmade and may feature unique variations. Facetime/Video chats can be arranged for additional details before purchase.
  • Exchanges: Items in original condition can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt for other available pieces.
  • Return Costs: Buyers are responsible for insured return shipping and processing fees.

 

International Orders are not available at this time.
